Customize the appearance of the feedback button to match your brand.

Button Position

Choose where the feedback button appears on the screen.

Button Color

Set a custom color to match your brand. Use any hex color code.

Default Color

#E54D4D

The button text color automatically adjusts for contrast.

Button Label

Customize the text shown on the feedback button.

  • Default: "Feedback"
  • Max length: 50 characters
  • Examples: "Send Feedback", "Help", "Report Issue"

How to Customize

  1. Go to Dashboard → Sites → Your Site
  2. Open the Widget Settings tab
  3. Find the Button Appearance section
  4. Adjust position, color, and label
  5. Changes apply immediately to your site

Tip: The dashboard shows a live preview of your button as you make changes.
