Team Management
Invite team members and control who can access feedback from each site.
Roles
Organization Owner
- Full access to all sites and feedback
- Can invite and remove team members
- Manages billing and organization settings
- Cannot be removed from the organization
Team Member
- Access only to assigned sites
- Can view and manage feedback for their sites
- Cannot manage team or billing
Site-Level Access
When inviting a team member, you choose which sites they can access. This lets you:
- Give developers access only to their project's feedback
- Let support staff see customer-facing sites without accessing internal tools
- Keep sensitive feedback (e.g., from admin panels) visible only to certain team members
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select which sites they should have access to
- Click Send Invite
Note: Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend expired invitations from the Team page.
Managing Members
View Team Members
The Team page shows all members with their email and which sites they can access.
Remove a Member
Click the remove button next to a member to revoke their access immediately. The organization owner cannot be removed.
Cancel Pending Invites
Pending invitations appear in a separate section. You can cancel them or resend if they've expired.
Billing & Seats
Your subscription includes a number of team seats. Adding members beyond your plan limit will increase your monthly bill. Check Settings → Billing to see your current usage and upgrade if needed.
