Team Management

Invite team members and control who can access feedback from each site.

Roles

Organization Owner

  • Full access to all sites and feedback
  • Can invite and remove team members
  • Manages billing and organization settings
  • Cannot be removed from the organization

Team Member

  • Access only to assigned sites
  • Can view and manage feedback for their sites
  • Cannot manage team or billing

Site-Level Access

When inviting a team member, you choose which sites they can access. This lets you:

  • Give developers access only to their project's feedback
  • Let support staff see customer-facing sites without accessing internal tools
  • Keep sensitive feedback (e.g., from admin panels) visible only to certain team members

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select which sites they should have access to
  5. Click Send Invite

Note: Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend expired invitations from the Team page.

Managing Members

View Team Members

The Team page shows all members with their email and which sites they can access.

Remove a Member

Click the remove button next to a member to revoke their access immediately. The organization owner cannot be removed.

Cancel Pending Invites

Pending invitations appear in a separate section. You can cancel them or resend if they've expired.

Billing & Seats

Your subscription includes a number of team seats. Adding members beyond your plan limit will increase your monthly bill. Check Settings → Billing to see your current usage and upgrade if needed.
