Topics
Group related feedback together to identify patterns and track issues.
What Are Topics?
Topics let you organize feedback into meaningful groups. When multiple users report similar issues or request similar features, you can merge that feedback into a single topic to:
- See how many users are affected by an issue
- Track progress as you work on fixes or features
- Keep your inbox organized

- In Progress — Currently being addressed

Tips for Using Topics
- Create topics for recurring themes (e.g., "Mobile app crashes", "Dark mode requests")
- Update the status as you work through issues so your team stays informed
- Use the feedback count to prioritize — topics with more feedback may be higher impact
- Deleting a topic unlinks all feedback but doesn't delete it
