View, filter, and manage all feedback from your users in one place.

Overview

The Inbox is your central hub for all user feedback. Each feedback item shows:

  • Feedback text (preview)
  • Category badge (proposition, improve, or other)
  • Which site it came from
  • When it was submitted
  • Read/unread status
  • Screenshot (if attached)

Filtering Feedback

By Site

Use the site dropdown to show feedback from a specific site or all sites.

By Date Range

Filter by: All time, Today, Last 7 days, or Last 30 days.

By Status

Show only unread feedback or view archived items separately.

Actions

Mark as Read/Unread

Track which feedback you've reviewed. Feedback is automatically marked as read when you view the details.

Archive

Move feedback out of your main inbox without deleting it. Archived items can be restored.

Share Link

Generate a shareable link to specific feedback for your team.

Create Topic

Group related feedback into a Topic for better organization.

Viewing Feedback Details

Click any feedback item to see the full details:

  • Full feedback text
  • Screenshot with annotations (if provided)
  • User's email (if provided)
  • Page URL where feedback was submitted
  • Browser and device information
  • Submission timestamp
